Healthy Living

Many environmental exposures can affect health but how a person lives and behaves can also impact health. New Mexico Environmental Public Health Tracking encourages healthy living by delivering various health promotion activities and education. For example, did you know some things you do in your house can reduce multiple environmental exposure and make your home a healthier living environment such as removing your shoes when you go inside? The Tracking Network does not cover every possible concern, but it does provide information and data about some of the most common conditions that affect health, and when available, practical tips for reducing exposure and staying healthy.
